Instructions

  1. Elevated Single Leg Squat Thruster
    Start with your hands on the ground, right foot on the couch, left foot elevated.
  2. Elevated Single Leg Squat Thruster
    Pull your left foot to the floor between your hands.
  3. Elevated Single Leg Squat Thruster
    Lift your hands off the floor and perform a plyometric knee drive. Softly land and return to the starting position. That's one rep.
