Kettlebell Power Swing

    Stand with a bell resting in front of you on the floor. Hinge at the hips to bend over and grab the handle (or horn) with both hands.

    Hike it back between your legs.

    Drive your hips forward until the bell reaches chest or eye level. Let it swing back between your legs and then complete the next rep.
