Instructions

  1. 800-3medballexercise
    Stand holding the medicine ball at your chest.
  2. Medicine Ball Squat to Overhead Press
    Squat down, hitting at least parallel to the floor with your quads, then extend your hips and knees explo­sively to reverse the motion and stand back up.
  3. 800-1medballexercse
    Use the upward momentum to press the ball overhead as you reach the top.
