Instructions

  1. Overhead Plate Walking Lunge
    Stand tall with feet hip-distance apart, holding a weight plate above your head with both arms extended.
  2. Overhead Plate Walking Lunge
    Keeping abs engaged and arms extended, lunge forward with right leg, bending both knees 90°. Step left foot forward to meet right foot and repeat, this time lunging forward with left leg.
