Sandbag Walking Lunge

    Rest the sandbag on one shoulder, using your arm and hand to keep it in place.
  2. Sandbag Walking Lunge
    Perform walking lunges for reps, taking large steps forward and touching your knee to the floor on every rep. Take 10 steps with each leg, and every other round, change which shoulder the bag is on.
