Surfer Squat to Burpee


  1. Surfer Squat To Burpee
    Stand with feet shoulder-distance apart, toes pointed out slightly. Lower into a deep squat, bringing arms forward to shoulder height.
  2. Surfer Squat To Burpee
    Place palms on floor in front of you and jump feet back into a full position.
  3. Surfer Squat To Burpee
    Bend elbows behind you, lowering into a pushup. Straighten arms and jump feet toward hands. Stand up to starting position and repeat.
