Forward and Backward Plate Lunge With Rotation

Instructions

    Hold the plate in front of you with elbows bent 90 degrees.
  2. Forward and Backward Plate Lunge With Rotation
    Perform a forward lunge.
  3. 800-plate-lungerotation-3
    At the bottom, rotate your torso to one side (same side as the forward leg) and back. Stand back up, then do a reverse lunge, rotating your torso to the opposite side and back at the bottom. Repeat with opposite leg. That’s 1 rep.
