  1. Hugging Plate Squat Jump
    Hold the plate against your chest with your arms wrapped around it. From a standing position, squat down to thighs parallel.

    Explosively reverse the motion so that your feet leave the ground at the top. Absorb the landing with soft knees and repeat for reps.
