Towel Skater Lunge


  1. Towel Skater Lunge
    Start in quarter squat position with towel underneath right foot.
  2. Towel Skater Lunge
    Descend into a skater lunge: laterally extending the right leg, keeping majority of the weight in the left leg. Then quickly drive up from the left leg and pull the right leg back in. Repeat reps on one side, then repeat on the other.
