    Holding a light to medium-weight kettlebell in right hand, stand with feet shoulder-width apart and angle left foot out 90 degrees, keeping right foot facing straight ahead.
  2. Kettlebell Windmill
    Press weight overhead while hinging to left side, palm facing forward while gazing up at the weight. Pause for one second, then reverse back to start and repeat. Do all the reps on this side, then switch sides and repeat.
