Instructions

  1. V-Sit Figure 8
    Start in a V-sit. Hold pillow in the right hand.
  2. V-Sit Figure 8
    Raise the left leg and pass the pillow to the left hand.
  3. V-Sit Figure 8
    Switch directions and continue to repeat.
