Dumbbell Squat Punch

Instructions

  1. Michelle Lewin Squat Punch
    Stand with feet hip-distance apart holding a dumbbell in each hand just above shoulders, elbows bent in front of chest. Squat down, keeping bodyweight over heels.
  2. Michelle Lewin Squat Punch
    As you stand up, lift left knee across body while punching right arm forward in front of left shoulder, twisting torso to the left. Lower left leg back to start and repeat on opposite side.
