We are big fans of The Rock. From his shoulder workout to his chest routine, the star of Pain & Gain and the host of The Hero has shown that hard work in the gym and singular dedication towards achieving one's goals can result in huge success.
We also love how The Rock, who is currently in Budapest shooting Hercules: The Thracian Wars, uses his Twitter account to show us how he reaches his fitness goals. He recently posted the 22-week diet plan he is following to get into, if you'll excuse the pun, Herculean shape for the lead role in his movie. Check it out:
