We’ve already highlighted how the likes of J.J. Watts and Geno Atkins are prepping for the new football season, and in our latest trawl of the Internet, we came across two more videos of NFL players working up a sweat to get ahead of the curve.

Check out this interesting video from our friends at Bleacher Report on how Travelle Gaines puts NFL players through their paces at Performance Gaines in Los Angeles:

Meanwhile, in an interesting aside, NFL.com is reporting that Michael Vick has put on four pounds of muscle on his frame to try and cope with the rigors of life in the NFL. “I’ve been doing a lot of curls, a lot of bench presses this offseason,” he said. “Just trying to put my body in the best position possible to withstand the hits. Everybody says I’m injury prone, so I’m trying to fight that.”

We also came across this video from TBR (Total Body Recognition) training in Atlanta, where Jay Caldwell works out with NFL players using a regime that “bridges the gap between physical training programs and on the field performance derived from a fusion of wrestling, karate and boxing techniques.”
