UFC Hall of Famer and former WWE wrestler Ken Shamrock beats down dudes and stays in shape.

The 51-year-old heavyweight powerhouse is now contracted with Bellator Fighting Championships and is set to clash with street fighting legend and one-time UFC competitor Kimbo Slice on June 19.

Shamrock, who has not competed in an MMA bout in close to five years, is sure looking in fighting shape, based off of this Twitter picture he uploaded yesterday:

Before the UFC made it mainstream, “The World’s Most Dangerous Man” conquered the likes of MMA immortals Bas Rutten and Dan Severn. His 36-minute, back-and-forth battle with the pioneer of modern MMA, Royce Gracie, in April 1995 is the longest fight in UFC history.

The Lion’s Den fighter is one motivated MMA fighter from the looks of it and doesn’t appear quite ready to leave his days of fighting behind.
