Machine Pullover


  1. Machine pulldown
    Adjust the machine to your height, making sure you're able to comfortably grip the overhead bars and place elbows on the pad.
  2. Machine pulldown
    Starting in the up position, pull the handle down until it reaches your lap and pause.
  3. Machine pulldown
    Reverse the direction and return to the starting point in a controlled manner. That's one rep.
