Instructions

  1. 800-Dumbbell-Kickback-Summer-Shred-1
    Hold a dumbbell in each hand and hinge at the hips so torso is bent at 45 degrees.
  2. 800-Dumbbell-Kickback-Summer-Shred-2
    Flex triceps and kick weights back until arms are extended.
