10 weeks out and I am 5 days into my prep for the FLEX Pro!
The week has gone flawlessly, and I am dropping weight already.
Started the diet around 312 this year, heavier than I have ever been in the past. More on that in a minute.
What ive been up to:
As many of you already know, I have spent the majority of the last 4-5 months sitting behind my desk. For those of you that aren’t sure what im talking about, my days have been consumed with researching and writing the content for my new Muscle-Building Program MI40.
Before I began my career as a pro bodybuilder, I vigorously pursued another one of my passions, I achieved a degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement and function). Since getting my degree in 2004, I have continued to focus my attention and energy on learning the absolute best information out there so that I may apply it to becoming the best athlete I could become.
I have taken countless courses, programs, certifications and learned from some of the most brilliant minds in the world of pro athletics.
All of this info has lead to be able to identify the major factors holding people back from achieving their ideal physique goals.
