My family has always been toothpicks, and it was somewhat of a challenge between my older brother and I to see who could get muscular the fastest! I love seeing how my body can change with some clean eating and hard training!
MOTIVATE ME
Michele Levesque is such a sweetheart and was one of the first models I noticed that was both sexy and muscular. She made me want to get to her level and strive to be successful in the fitness industry.
CLEAN & DIRTY
My favorite meal when getting lean? Lightly breaded tilapia with a Japanese sweet potato. Favorite cheat meal? Bison burger with sweet potato fries! Yes similar, but the fries are deep fried and bison you get at restaurants are higher in fat.
