Vida: I love doing legs and butt because I think that’s the sexy part on a woman!
FLEX: Why did you start to workout and get fit?
Vida: I had gained 20 pounds through the years and managed to lose the weight. But I still wasn’t happy with the softness of my body, so I decided to get serious about training and I fell in love with the results.
FLEX: Favorite meal when you are getting lean?
Vida: I put oatmeal and my protein shake together and it’s so amazing!
FLEX: Favorite cheat meal?
Vida: Cuban food (rice and beans) is my favorite.

Vida: My goal is to be the best version of myself that I can be so I can motivate everyone I meet to feel the way I feel.
