WEC Lightweight Contender Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone joins Pro MMA Radio this Monday to talk about the postponement of his main event interim title fight against Benson Henderson. Originally scheduled for September 2nd, the fight will now headline WEC 43 on Saturday, October 10th and will be broadcast live and free on the Versus Channel. Garcia, a contender in the WEC’s crowded Featherweight division comes in fresh off a split decision victory over Jameel Massouh at WEC 42.
The Opening Round will feature a full recap of UFC 102, the promotion’s first event in Portland, Oregon. The stacked card included a main event fight between five-time UFC Champion Randy Couture and the only man to ever hold both the UFC and Pride Heavyweight Championship belts, Antonio “Rodrigo” Nogueira.
