JACKSON’S CHEST TRAINING RULES

  • Free-weight movements like bench presses and incline presses with both barbells and dumbbells should form the core of your workouts to build a solid foundation of size.
  • Attack your chest from multiple angles, using the fat, incline, and decline benches to work all areas of your chest.
  • Keep your chest high and shoulders back to maintain stress on the pecs.

“A lot of bodybuilders claim to be the strongest. But how many of them have a belt at home that says ‘World’s Strongest Bodybuilder?’ ”Johnnie Jackson, 2009 Olympia World’s Strongest Bodybuilder
