A new docu-series on the Oxygen network called Pretty. Strong. features some of the fierce and fit women who play in the Legends Football League, an all-female American football organization.
The show follows eight athletes from the Chicago Bliss team, the league’s two-time reigning champions, and chronicles their day-to-day lives. We’re all for the tagline “Strong is the new pretty,” and are excited to check out the women’s training on and off the field, like the video workout clips on Oxygen’s website.

We hope the show sheds light on female athletes as role models who are changing how we view “football players” and less of a focus on teammate or personal drama, which is usually par for the course in reality television.
The show premieres tonight on the Oxygen network at 10/9 c.
