Healthy eating habits: 5-6x a day small meals. I go no longer than 3-3.5hrs between my meals. Complex carbs, good fats, and lean proteins, and course one cheat meal every Sunday.
How do you stay motivated: I strip down naked in front of the mirror and say to myself, “YUP, get to the gym!”
