Eating Habits: High protein and low carb diet with healthy fats and lots of veggies. I keep fruit and sweets to a minimum.

How Do You Stay Motivated: By knowing where I want to go and working as hard as I can to get there. My motivation comes from within because I am the only person that can make things happen for myself.
