Before the announcement of the fight last week, it was thought that Miesha Tate would get a third crack at the champ, but instead it was Holm who got the shot. Holm has an extensive boxing background, but whether she has the overall MMA game to cause Rousey any real problems on January 2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas remains to be seen.
