Charlotte Martin -- RDN, LDN -- is a corporate dietitian and food enthusiast. She received her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and completed her dietetic internship through the University of Maryland Medical Center. She is dedicated to helping others achieve a healthy lifestyle by promoting healthy eating, physical activity, and positive behavioral change. Charlotte also loves to cook, and enjoys blogging about her kitchen adventures.
