Muscle & Fitness magazine has been feeding the world information on training and nutrition for nearly 70 years in print. This week, it hit the airwaves for a segment on NBC's Extra.

A camera crew sat in with Senior Science Editor Jim Stoppani, PhD and Fitness Director Jimmy Pena, MS, CSCS for a segment called "Life Changers," where they addressed specific questions on training and nutrition from gym-goers.

The segment, which can be found in its entirety by clicking here, featured questions on the best type of cardio to increase fat burning, safe levels of sodium intake, stretching and pre- and post-workout nutrition.

The duo is scheduled to appear again on New Year's Day for a major giveaway with Extra that would include six weeks of personal training from Pena, a nutritional consultation with Dr. Stoppani, $1000 worth of MuscleTech product and a chance to be featured in the pages of Muscle & Fitness. Don't miss it!
