COLUMBUS, OHIO — The Arnold Sports Festival, the largest multi-sport festival in the nation and home of the prestigious Arnold Classic since 1989, will add a professional bikini competition to its lineup of IFBB-sanctioned professional competitions in 2011.

The Bikini International will join a lineup of International Federation of Body Building events that also includes the Ms. International, Fitness International and Figure International competitions that draw elite professional fields to Columbus each March.

“We are very aware of the growing popularity of professional bikini competitions and are proud to offer the world’s top pros the opportunity to compete at the Arnold Sports Festival in 2011,” event co-promoter Jim Lorimer said. “Like all of our professional events, we will strive to make the Bikini International the most sought-after championship of its kind in the world.”
