Barbell Squat
Sets: 3 Reps: 10, 8, 6
Hamstring Curl
Sets: 3 Reps: 10, 8, 6
Dumbbell Curl and Squat*
Sets: 3 Reps: 10, 8, 6
*Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a supinated grip. Do 10 curls, then raise the dumbbells to shoulder level with your hands in a neutral position and do 10 squats.
