  1. Blonde-Female-Performing-Twisted-Mountain-Climber-Start-Position
    Start in a traditional pushup position with your shoulders directly over your hands and your weight on your toes.

    While engaging your core, twist your lower body to bring your right knee forward under to your left elbow. Straighten your leg back to the starting position.This completes the first rep. Switch legs, bringing your other knee to the right elbow for your second rep.
