Bunny Hop


  1. Bunny Hop
    Stand with feet hip-distance apart in front of an open space. Squat down as deeply as you can, keeping body weight over heels, chest high and arms lifted forward at shoulder heights as a counter balance.
  2. Bunny Hop
    Exploding through heels, jump forward, swinging arms behind you for momentum. Land in another deep squat position. Staying in a squat, take two small hops backward to return to starting position; repeat.
