Kick door

Kick door 1

Step 1:

Kick door 3

Step 3:

Kicking with your stronger leg and standing about a “leg’s length” away from your target, strike the door solidly with the heel of your foot, not the ball up near the toes, while making sure all of your weight is moving toward the door as you forcefully extended your leg.
