Huong Arcinas won the first professional figure contest of the year this past weekend in Sacramento, at the 2008 Sacramento Pro Figure Championships. Arcinas, who came oh-so-close to qualifying for the 2008 Figure Olympia during several summer shows only to earn that spot by placing third in the final Olympia qualifier of the season at the Tournament of Champions, can now rest easy knowing that she has already solidified her spot in the sport’s marquee event for 2009.
