Nine days out from the 2009 Tampa Pro Bodybuilding Weekly Championships, Dennis James appears ready to do some damage. James provides us all the latest on his prep on his FLEX blog, which he will be updating on a regular basis.
“I’m doing this for the fans,” James said. “I want the fans to get the truth on what’s going on. You can put a diet down on paper, but that’s not gonna be the whole 12 weeks. I want them to see how I adjust for Tampa and then for the Europa and see what I do.”
James, who has already competed twice this year, is coming off a runner-up finish at the New York Pro in May. He plans on doing the Tampa and Europa shows and then possibly the Atlantic City Pro before heading to Vegas for the Olympia.
“I’ll be updating the blog all the way up to the Olympia,” James says. “And maybe after. I have a few guest posings after the Olympia, so I might just stay in shape and do the Sacramento show (on November 6).”
