This fall, the biggest names in the sport will share the stage for the 2009 Mr. Olympia in what many believe is the most talented lineup ever. Two of the athletes positioning themselves for the title are Jay Cutler and Phil Heath – last year’s second and third place finishers, respectively. This year, both men are entrusting their success to one man: Hany Rambod. Monday (March 30), Hany will be on Pro Bodybuilding Weekly to discuss his role in their prep, as well as his FST-7 training protocol.

The Northern California-based trainer recently added Cutler to his “A-List” roster – which already included Heath – in an effort to help the two-time champ re-claim the title. PBW will take a closer look at how this unusual training triangle might effect who brings home the Sandow in September. Co-host Bob Cicherillo and Hany will also discuss the FST-7 Training Principle.

Be sure to look for our training feature with Hany, Jay and Phil in the June issue of FLEX, on newsstands April 27.
