- 10-12 turkey breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine until they are well distributed.
- Serve straight up, in a wrap, or on the bread of your choice.
