Chris Pratt has taken on all kinds of bad guys in his career, including supervillains, aliens, and man-eating dinosaurs.

Now he’s taking on a different type of foe: body shamers.

The Guardians of the Galaxy actor has been slimming down to reprise his role as raptor-whispering Navy veteran Owen Grady in Jurassic World 2, showing off some of the healthy snacks that have helped him get lean in a series of humorous Instagram videos called “What’s My Snack?”

Following the run of videos, some trolls on the Internet have come back at the fit actor, saying that he’s looking too thin and even “skeletal” due to his weight loss. In perfect Pratt fashion, the actor took to Instagram to clap back at his detractors:

Pratt’s not alone in taking on body shamers, though. Even though body shaming is often directed at people who have gained weight, people who lose weight also face implicit criticism from even their friends and families—a challenge called “lean shaming.” In the North Carolina State study, every one of the study participants—who had lost an average of 77 pounds—said “people in their lives tried to belittle or undermine their weight loss efforts,” the researchers said.

After tipping the scales at nearly 300 lbs during his time as comedic doughboy Andy Dwyer on NBC’s Parks and Recreation, Pratt debuted a shredded six-pack and buff body to play a Navy SEAL in Zero Dark Thirty. Pratt went through another body transformation when he took on the role of Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy in 2014, losing 60 pounds in six months.
