Most gyms barely crack triple digits when it comes to this versatile fat-burning tool — that’s clearly not enough for Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson. The Icelandic professional strongman is a larger-than-life athlete and he needs a dumbbell to match. He showed his new toy recently on Instagram.
