Not only did he set this new mark, his combined total of 1000.5 kg/2206 pounds was also a new world record. Congratulations, Ray! Check out the WR squat:

God gave me a gift and I wanted to let it shine in from front of the world… Big shoutout to each and every one of one who reached in your pockets and helped me through my gofundme… And other contributions… Huge shoutout to my brother William Burrell always helping me stay on track… Adam Gore for being a brother to me every since I moved into Fulton… And last but not least my football family for reaching out to me almost every day…. It takes more than hard work to build a champion you need family as well!!!
