Be sure to check out Flex’s complete interview with Toney Freeman in the March issue, on newsstands now.

Toney “The X-Man” Freeman, who currently graces the cover of the March issue of Flex, will be stopping by Pro Bodybuilding Weekly on Monday (February 9) to discuss his preparations for the 2009 Arnold Classic.

Freeman’s classic lines, full muscle bellies and striking symmetry (for a man his size) helped him storm to a fifth place finish at last year’s Olympia. Now, he is hoping to overtake some of the AC’s early favorites including Victor Martinez, who won the show in 2007. Freeman placed seventh at last year’s Arnold. Of those who placed ahead of him in that field, Gustavo Badell (6th), Silvio Samuel (5th), Branch Warren (4th) and Kai Greene (3rd) are all returning to Columbus. Last year’s first and second place finishers – Dexter Jackson and Phil Heath, respectively – are skipping the show. Freeman is hoping that he can muscle his way back into the top three – or better – as he did at the 2007 Arnold.

Pro Bodybuilding Weekly, presented by MuscleTech, is the official radio show of the 2009 Arnold Classic. Show hosts Dan Solomon and Bob Cicherillo will be bringing you all of the latest news surrounding the big spring showdown in Columbus.

PBW airs LIVE on Mondays at 8 pm ET at www.BodybuildingRadio.com. Or, you can listen in by clicking the Pro Bodybuilding Weekly player, complete with show archives, at www.flexonline.com.
