QUADS

  • Leg Extension SETS: 3 | REPS: 8–10
  • Squat Machine SETS: 3 REPS: 8–10
  • Leg Press SETS: 3 REPS: 8–10
  • Squat SETS: 3 REPS: 10–15

HAMS

  • Hyperextension SETS: 2 REPS: 20+ 
  • Standing One-leg Leg Curl SETS: 3 REPS: 10 (each leg)
  • Leg Curl SETS: 3 REPS: 10–12
  • Stiff-leg Deadlift SETS: 3 REPS: 8–10
