Whip up these Valentine’s Day protein powder-based chocolate truffles for the fit girl or guy in your life.

Makes: 8 servings


  • 1/4 cup Premier Protein chocolate whey protein powder (or your favorite chocolate protein powder, but nutritional info may change)
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut or almond milk

Mix all ingredients into a bowl, shape batter into balls and let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.

Approximately 60 calories each and 5 g protein per truffle.
