Chef’s tip: Experiment with other flavors of yogurt and different cereals and nuts. Out of nuts? Peanut butter works just as well.


  • 1 (5 oz) container vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup raisin Bran–type cereal
  • ¼ cup dry roasted peanuts


  1. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. In a jar, layer yogurt mixture with ⅓ of the cereal and ⅓ of the peanuts and repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
  3. Seal jar and refrigerate until ready to eat. Or eat right away.
