What You’ll Need

1/2 cup water1/2 cup Greek yogurt1 scoop chocolate whey protein1 tbsp instant coffee

Directions

Combine all ingredients; blend.Totals: 344 calories, 36g protein, 15g carbs, 14g fat, 2g sugar

1 cup iced coffee1 cup almond milk1 tbsp hemp seeds2 tbsp organic cacao powder1 tbsp all-natural almond butter1/2 ripe banana30 grams vegan protein powder6 ice cubes
