Like the rest of the Internet, we were floored when we saw the first look of Stranger Things actor David Harbour in his full Hellboy suit.
Our jaws dropped even further when we saw the intense body transformation he underwent to become a “big, demon monster” for the role. (To be fair, he got some help from the prosthetics department.)
So we turned to celebrity trainer Don Saladino, who worked with Harbour, to get a sneak peek of the moves that got the actor “into great shape” and “strong enough” to withstand his on-screen occult-battling demonic hero.
