Delt Flye

Instructions

  1. Rear Delt Flye
    Hold two dumbbells and hinge forward until your torso is parallel to the floor.
  2. Rear Delt Flye
    Keeping your elbows up, squeeze your shoulder blades together and bring up the dumbbells until you feel a contraction in your upper back and rear deltoids. Control the weight on the way down.
