One-Arm Kettlebell Swing


  1. Kettlebell One-Arm Swing
    Position single kettlebell between your feet. Push back with your butt and bend your knees to grab kettlebell and get into the starting position. Your back should be flat as you look straight ahead. Raise kettlebell off floor and swing it forcefully straight up between your legs. Try to keep arm straight throughout movement.
