This weekend the IFBB is coming to Orlando! The Europa Show of Champions will feature men’s bodybuilding, figure, and bikini. As always, veteran promoters Ed and Betty Pariso will put on a top-notch event for the competitors and fans alike. The event takes place at the beautiful Orange County Convention Center and its complete with a two-day fitness expo, NPC contest, and numerous other sports and competitions!
Expect one of the guys to leave Orlando with his first pro-victory. 2009 NPC Nationals Overall Champion Cedric McMillan leads the pre-show hype, but he will face some stiff competition. Marcus Haley, Mike Liberatore, and Eugene Mishin will all be battling for an Olympia qualification!
The bikini division is strong in Orlando, with two Top 5 Olympians battling it out. Bikini Olympia runner-up Nathalia Melo will look to hold off the constantly improving Jaime Baird, looking for her first pro win. In figure, the names that jump off the line-up sheet are Cheryl Brown and Candice Keene. Both are fresh off top-10 placings at the Arnold and both have won pro contests. With over 20 women taking the stage, this will also be the chance for a new name to make herself known.
FLEXonline will be live for all of the action. There will be a live play-by-play on the FLEXonline homepage, complete contest galleries, video wrap-ups, contest reports, and constant updates and photos via Twitter! If that isn’t enough, we will have Amanda Latona in the middle of all the action interviewing everyone she can get hold of!
