Muscle Egg Chocolate Drizzled Pumpkin Spice Protein Bars

Makes: 12 BarsIngredients: 3 scoops vanilla almond whey protein powder1⁄2 cup coconut flour1⁄3 cup xylitol or sweetener of choice1⁄2 cup Muscle Egg Pumpkin Spice Egg Whites 2 Tbsp Nuts N’ More Chocolate Peanut Butter Directions: Mix together all ingredients except chocolate peanut butter. Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes.Mold into desired-size bars.Drizzle with chocolate peanut butter. Nutrition (1 Bar):Calories: 145, Fat: 6.9g, Carbs: 12.5g, Protein: 9.7g, Sugar: 1.2g

Serves: 6 Ingredients:2 medium apples6 Tbsp D’s Naturals Almond Fluffbutter Chocolate Fudge Cake Batter1⁄4 cup crushed almonds Directions:Scoop out 12 apple balls with a tablespoon. Insert toothpick into each apple ball.Coat each in 1⁄2 tbsp of nut butter and dip each in crushed almonds. Nutrition (2 pops):Calories: 166, Fat: 11g, Carbs: 13g, Protein: 7g, Sugar: 7g

Vitamin Shoppe P28 COOKIE

Makes: 20 CookiesIngredients: 1 egg1⁄4 cup unsweetened apple sauce2 tbsp softened coconut oil1⁄2 cup P28 High Protein White Chocolate Spread1 tsp vanilla extract 1⁄2 cup coconut sugar1 1⁄4 cups oat flour1 tsp baking powder  Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined and smooth. Batter will be slightly wet.Using a cookie scoop, drop batter into mounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until edges are slightly golden brown. Nutrition (per cookie): Calories: 102, Fat: 5g, Carbs: 11g, Protein: 4g, Sugar: 6g
